Then students need to test their time estimates with a timer. This routine needs mastering and constant practice of this routine is important to improve one’s time management.

Key Findings

Time management can be a challenge for all students. Students with language-based learning disabilities, attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), dyslexia and other disabilities find it even more difficult than other students. This article provides guidance to students with ADHD, but this advice can help anyone who has time management issues.
