We aim to minimize the misunderstanding and misinterpretation of these terminologies in discussing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). We also encourage employers and employees to normalize having conversations around DEI. Instead of being a comprehensive glossary, this reference will serve as a starting point for those interested in the topic.
