Helping Families Thrive with EmotionsBC

December 9 @ 12:00 pm 1:00 pm PT

Join Lauryn from EmotionsBC on December 9th, from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM PT, to learn how to improve your emotional wellbeing while being a caregiver to others. In this event, you will be introduced to EmotionsBC and how they are committed to building a thriving community through empathy, education, connection, and hope.

Lauryn works as the Community + Programs Coordinator for EmotionsBC, focusing on the operations and growth of their groups and programs, as well as the development of close relationships with community partners in order to bridge the gaps in our healthcare systems. In her efforts to support her own emotional wellbeing and increase her capacity to support her friends and family, Lauryn has developed a deep love for connection, learning, listening, and has found a passion for helping others discover the benefits of self-care.

Please note, this session will be closed 10 minutes after the start time to prevent disruption. Please be on time, or you can watch the recording on Facebook or YouTube afterwards.
