Adaptive Fitness with Ocean Rehab & Fitness

Add some movement to your routine with weekly Adaptive Fitness with Megan Williamson on Thursdays at 12PM PT! Megan’s goal is to be able to bridge the gap between rehab and fitness, making exercise inclusive for everyone no matter what their limitations may be.

Megan is a certified personal trainer through the Academy of Sports Medicine and the head coach at @Ocean Rehab and Fitness. She offers adaptive training for those that live with spinal cord injuries and other physical disabilities.


Please note that this live Zoom event will be recorded and streamed to Facebook and YouTube, where it will remain available for our community to enjoy after the session has ended. Closed captioning for this event will be available on these platforms.

The Disability Foundation and affiliated societies’ locations, programs, and events are inclusive and welcoming environments. Participation in any of the aforementioned organizations is subject to the observance of the Disability Foundation and affiliated societies’ rules and procedures. Staff, volunteers, and clients are part of a team and expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner. This means that physical harm, verbal or written abuse, harassment of any kind, and any bullying behaviour will not be tolerated. Anyone found to have committed conduct prohibited by the societies is subject to disciplinary actions as deemed fit by the Executive Director, up to and including removal from the programs.
