  • Ticket Transfer: Upon payment confirmation, tickets will be transferred to the winner no earlier than 72 hours before the event, as per Ticketmaster’s policy.
  • If your winning bid exceeds the ticket’s market value by 25% or more, you may be eligible for a Canadian charitable tax receipt.
  • Purchase is non-refundable. In the case of event cancellation, the purchaser will receive a full charitable tax receipt.
