GrowABLE: Gardening and Climate Change with Dr. Linda Gilkeson

Our regional climate is changing as the global climate changes. Join Linda Gilkeson and learn how extreme weather affects plants, including trees, how to design resilient food and ornamental gardens, and help plants survive severe weather. Also, find out gardeners’ role in mitigating climate change, including creating landscapes to capture carbon.
Linda earned a Ph.D. in Entomology from McGill University in 1986 and has had a long and successful career. Linda now devotes her time to writing, teaching, and consulting.
